These general terms and conditions of sale apply between:
The company PI AND GI (trade name: PAIRE & FILS), a limited liability company with a capital of 10,000 euros, with its registered office at 21 rue Mirabeau, 75016 Paris, FRANCE, registered in France with the Paris Trade and Companies Registry under the number siren 808 418 602, NAF code 4642Z, Intracommunity VAT number: FR29808418602, publisher of the website www.pairetfils.com
Hereinafter: "PAIRE & FILS"
Anyone making a purchase on the website www.pairetfils.com
The customer declares that he/she has the capacity to conclude this contract, i.e. to have reached the legal age of majority and not to be under guardianship.
The order by the customer implies the irrevocable acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
The sales contract is subject to French law.
1 - Validity of offers
The offers are only addressed to consumers with a delivery address in countries where PAIRE & FILS ensures delivery via a transport service provider.
The products presented on the site are valid within the limits of available stocks.
In the event of the debit or collection of an unavailable item, PAIRE & FILS undertakes to reimburse the customer within 15 days. PAIRE & FILS undertakes to notify by e-mail the customer who has placed an order for an unavailable item.
2 - Presentation of the products
The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.
The pictures representing our products are only indicative. These photos, like the texts illustrating the products, do not fall within the scope of the contract.
PAIRE & FILS could, due to its suppliers, be required to deliver to the customer an article with a composition slightly different from that described but in any case of qualities equal to or superior to the ordered article.
3 - Prices
The prices presented on the website or online shop are final. They are indicated in Euros and governed by French legislation. Our prices include VAT, except for customers who have provided a delivery address outside the European Union in which case the prices are exclusive of VAT.
They are guaranteed subject to typographical or printing errors.
These prices do not include a flat-rate contribution towards the cost of postage and packaging, which remains the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a temporary or permanent promotional offer.
Prices may be modified at any time, without notice and in particular in the event of a change in tax or economic data. Items will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect at the time the order is placed.
Promotional code: Paire & Fils reserves the right to assign a promotional code to any individual. The amount can be variable and can concern either the basket or the product. A code is for single use only and cannot be combined.
Note: The promotional code cannot be used to purchase an accessory (shoe etc.).
4 - Payment terms and conditions
Products or services must be paid in Euros (€). The bank charges incurred by the payment, whatever the terms, will be borne by the customer.
The delivered goods remain the property of PI AND GI until payment is received. The transfer of risk takes place as soon as the goods are delivered.
The accepted payment methods are the Credit Card: Credit Card / Visa / Mastercard / American Express / Paypal.
5 - Acceptance of the offer
Any order implies express and irrevocable acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. The validation of the order by the customer implies acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale.
6 - The Invoice
The invoice is sent to the e-mail address indicated when ordering. It is established in accordance with the price list in force on the day the order is placed. PAIRE & FILS disclaims any responsibility for input errors.
7 - Delivery / Transport
Orders placed before 1pm (GMT + 1) Monday to Friday are shipped the same day (except holidays). Orders placed after 1pm are shipped the next business day. This deadline is given as an indication and remains subject to the actual receipt of payment.
This timeframe is given for guidance only and cannot be respected in the following cases :
-Peak activity times
-French public holiday
-Absence of receipt of the customer's payment in time
-Anti-fraud verification procedure on the customer's order
The shipments are then handled by a transport service provider (Colissimo or Chronopost) who ensures the transport to the delivery address indicated by the customer. The delivery times indicated by the carriers are as follows: 48 hours in France / 96 hours for the rest of the world.
Delivery is subject to a charge, return is free of charge in France only.
Colissimo: Delivery within 48 working hours from the day of purchase if the order is placed before 13 hours.

8 - Returns and Right of retraction
If a customer is not happy with any item, he has 15 days from the date of delivery of the goods, to exercise his right of retraction.
The post office stamp or the date on the delivery receipt constitutes the beginning of this period. The return or cancellation may concern all or part of the order.
For this, the customer must go on www.pairetfils.com and log in to his customer account. He must then go to "my orders" and click on the relevant order and follow the instructions.
For France, the return fee is covered PAIRE & FILS. The customer therefore download a prepaid transport label from his account to return his parcel
For the rest of the world, return fees are not covered by PAIRE & FILS. The customer must return the parcel using the transporter of his choice at his own expense to the following adress : Paire & fils - 26 place Dauphine 75001 Paris.
In this case, the customer is advised to use a transporter that is able to provide a tracking number.
The refund is carried out within 12 working days of receipt of the returned goods by re-credit to the payment method used during the purchase.
After verification of the good condition of the items and its packaging. Damaged or soiled products and incomplete returns will be neither accepted nor refunded.
After a period of 15 days after delivery, the goods will neither be accepted nor refunded.
