Delivery and return
All orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.
Fedex standard = Free Delivery within 3/4 days
Fedex Express international = Delivery within 1/2 days
The return is our charge for those following country : France , Spain , Belgium, Netherlands, Italy , Holland, Austria, Germany, Luxembourg,Portugal, .. Simply log in to your account and download your return label. You have 45 days after your delivery date to request an exchange or refund. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions here. Customs duty for United Kingdom and Switzerland are already included in the price.

You have 30 days from delivery to make your return request directly from your customer area.
