Faq

·     You have a period of 30 days after you receive your order in which to return your purchases. Free returns are available for french deliveries only
·     You can make a return request on our website on your account page. Please click on « my orders » and select the order you would like to return and click on « generate my return » the attached file will be directly downloaded on your computer or mobile phone.

·     Only the articles returned in perfect condition and in their original package will be accepted. We do not provide exchanges, we are only able to refund you. If you need another size/colors, please just place another order.

·     As written above, only the first returns in metropolitan France are free. For the rest of the world, we kindly remind you that the return fees are at your charge

·     The price of your return is the same price as the one of the shipping.

·     For instance, for a return made from Slovaquia, the return would cost 15euros. (the same price as the price from France to Slovaquia when we shipped the parcel to you

Please note that processing the refund may take up to 15 days after our customer service receive your order
